Kia Ora - Welcome!

From the time of Ngati Koata’s arrival in Te Tau Ihu and their establishment there through the tuku of Tutepourangi of the Kurahaupo tribes and of Te Putu and other Ngati Koata chiefs early in the century before last, Ngati Koata have exercised authority in Te Tau Ihu according to a system of customary law - tikanga - which embodies spiritual and temporal and other features of Maori culture and philosophy.

Marlborough Lines - 2011 Tertiary Scholarship for Maori

We are pleased to continue provision of a Tertiary Scholarship for Maori for the 2011 year.

Consistent with previous years we wouid appreciate your assistance in circulating the attached information and application form to suitable people who may be interested in applying for this scholarship.
